REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days of receipt in the original product package. Full refund, less shipping and handling will be posted to your original method of payment. If the product you are returning was purchased with our Free shipping and handling promo, the actual S & H charge will be deducted from your refund total. 

When returning an item, please consider insuring it against damage or loss.

RETURNS

In the event the product is returned without the original package, or is missing any parts or components, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Products returned after 60 days of receipt of your order will receive a store credit only less shipping and handling.

All gift returns are store credit only. Product must be in the original package and new and unused condition.

WARRANTY

Lure Essentials products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. In the event of a defect, please e-mail us your name, phone number, detailed description and photos of the defective merchandise along with the proof of purchase to sales (at) lureessentials.com
NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.

If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will at our discretion repair or replace the product free of charge.

What our WARRANTY Does Not Cover

 Lure® offers NO WARRANTY in cases of normal wear, accidents, misuse or damage due to inadequate care or neglect. This warranty does not cover damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.

Limit of Liability/Disclaimer of Warranty

No warranty may be created or extended by sales representatives or written sales materials. The advice and strategies contained herein may not be suitable for your situation. You should consult with a professional where appropriate. Neither the publisher nor the author shall be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

Lure®, agents or any affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequential loss, damage or injury, due to direct or indirect use of the product(s). Inspect each product prior to use, and if there is any damage or defect, discontinue use immediately.

Liability of Lure® Essentials, or its suppliers, to purchasers or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the purchasers’ cost of qualifying products purchased at the time of entering into the agreement. Warranties are void if the product is ever used in any manner not suggested.

International Orders:

Please note: International duties (custom charges and fees) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the standard delivery rates of your order. These are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes (your local post office may contact you). Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We advise you to check the cost of duties before you place your order. In the event you fail to collect your package due to non-payment of local customs, we will refund your purchase price less original shipping and handling upon return receipt of unclaimed package.
